I have a valid Azure account and fully updated Visual Studio 2015 with current Azure. In both cases it appears to fail at a step where it should be communicating with Azure. This step fails with a similarly long error message though the exact text was different (it doesn't allow copy and paste and I didn't record exactly what it said).
