I have no clue where to start in debugging this so any help is appreciated.
I have a valid Azure account and fully updated Visual Studio 2015 with current Azure. In both cases it appears to fail at a step where it should be communicating with Azure. This step fails with a similarly long error message though the exact text was different (it doesn't allow copy and paste and I didn't record exactly what it said). You then "publish" to Azure to create the Table. Publish to Folder enables you to publish your application to a folder. Publish to Azure App Service enables you to publish your web application to Azure App Service. Visual Studio for Mac offers two options to publish your application. In that scenario, on the Azure step for "Create a Table API", if you select C# as the language, you download a starter VisualStudio project which You can publish to a remote environment, so that others can use the application, or for testing purposes. I also got a somewhat similar error when I tried to do the Xamarin.Forms Azure quickstart project. To continue creating the project without remote resources you can uncheck the 'Create remote resources' checkbox. The system cannot find the file specified.' 'Could not load file or assembly '.Contracts, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5fxxxxxxxxxx' or one of its dependencies. When following the tutorial for creating my first webApp, as soon as I get to the part that includes the checkbox for "Microsoft Azure Host in the Cloud" with the drop-down "App Service", I get an error:
